ADMISSION PROCEDURE

  • ADMISSION PROCEDURE

    • 1. Selection

      You first have to be selected by your home institution. Your international coordinator will then announce your selection via international.education@helmo.be .

      2. Registration

      Fill in the registration file hereunder, read the personal commitment contract carefully and sign it.

      Send everything back to international.education@helmo.be before December 15th.

    • 3. Admission

      If you are selected (limited number of participants), you will receive an admission letter from HELMo before Christmas. We will also let you know if we can't accept your application.

      4. Before your arrival at HELMo

      Send international.education@helmo.be :

      - an evidence of your health insurance covering medical or hospital costs in Belgium,

      - an evidence of your public liability insurance in case of damages caused to a third party.

      2 weeks at the latest before your arrival at HELMo, send your date, time and place of arrival to your international coordinator at HELMo and to your buddy.
